What is Zuruva?
Zuruva is a home decor brand focused on thoughtfully curated pieces designed to bring warmth, balance, and timeless style into everyday spaces, with items chosen to feel personal, calm, and beautifully lived in.

Do you ship outside Ireland?
At the moment, we ship only within Ireland. This allows us to keep delivery reliable and service consistent. If we expand to other regions in the future, we will share the news with our community.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. With processing included, your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order includes free shipping within Ireland. There are no minimums and no added delivery charges at checkout.

What payment options can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa. All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption.

What if I need to return something?
If your plans change, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Simply email us at info@zuruva.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
After your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transfer.

Do you offer exchanges?

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Start by checking the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 7 business days since dispatch and your order has not arrived, please contact us at info@zuruva.com so we can assist right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, changes or cancellations may still be possible. Contact us as soon as you can after placing your order, and we will do our best to help.
